Dr Omar Sadr, Researcher at the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies participated in HCOC Regional Seminar in Colombo, Sri Lanka on January 15, 2019. The seminar was organized by a prominent French Think-Tank, Fondation pour la Recherche Strategique (FRS), aimed at raising awareness on the Hague code of conduct against the proliferation of ballistic missiles. Afghanistan is also one of the members of this Code of Conduct.
