The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with India’s Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses (IDSA).

The agreement provides a framework for the two institutes’ bilateral cooperation in areas of joint research, publication, conference and scholars’ exchanges. The agreement was signed by the director of AISS, Dr. Moradian and the acting IDSA director/deputy director, Brig. Rumel Dahiya, SM (Retd.). The signing of MoU was preceded by AISS director’s presentation at IDSA on current situation in Afghanistan.
