The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) co-organized first round of Afghanistan-Kazakhstan Dialogue, with partnership with Kazakh Institute for Strategic Studies (KISS) in Almaty on 25th November, 2015. The Afghan delegation comprises of AISS researchers, a member of Afghan parliament, and a representative of the Afghan Government. The Dialogue covered issues of mutual concern and interest, including strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries, regional cooperation and the threat of terrorism. The second meeting is scheduled to take place in Afghanistan during 2016.
