On Tuesday, 22 May 2018, Mr. RHEE, Zha Hyoung Korean Ambassador, visited the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) and met with the Director General of AISS, during this meeting, both sides exchanged views on ongoing political, security, economic and regional developments. Both discussed the importance of interregional dialogue for the peace and development in Afghanistan. Both parties also emphasized the importance of sound and independent research for tackling difficult policy questions that the country faces.
