12th session of Herat Security Dialogue to convene in Madrid
8 Am, Kabul: The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) has announced that it will hold the 12th round of the Herat Security Dialogue (HSD-XII) Conference in Madrid, Spain.
The AISS announced on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, that the conference will be held from February 24 to 25, 2025, under the title "Afghanistan: Reviving Hope; Synergetic Efforts"
