AISS organizes the second round of "Herat and Politics" meeting On December 13, 2017, the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) organized the second round of "Herat and Politics". The second round of this meeting devoted to "Herat's Historical Position in Politics". This one-day meeting covered three panel discussions: 1) "Herat’s Political Life through the History", 2) "Herat, Politicians, Literature and Politics; Case Studies" and "Herat, Political Isolation and Economic Identity".
