Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) hosted H.E. Ambassador Pierre Mayaudon for a lecture session on “The European Union's Role in Supporting Afghan Peace Process”. Distinguished current and former Afghan Government Officials, academics, military experts, civil society members and media representatives, ambassadors and diplomats participate in the event. The purpose of this programme was review of the EU’s role in establishing a long-lasting peace in Afghanistan.
