This research has analyzed the political culture of Afghanistan in three parts: quantitative, qualitative, and mixed. In the first part, 384 questionnaires in proportion to populations in ten provinces of Afghanistan were distributed and then their data were analyzed by SPSS software. In the qualitative section, after analyzing the quantitative research data, other questions arose that needed further explanation in order to determine the political culture of Afghanistan.
