An Iranian delegation, led by Dr Zahrani, director general of Iran’s Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) visited Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS). During the luncheon meeting, the Iranian delegation expressed its desire to establish working relations with the AISS in areas of mutual interests . Reiterating AISS’ strategic objective in promoting regional cooperation and mutual understanding, AISS director Dr Moradian, stated AISS’ readiness to work closely with the IPIS on joint projects, both bilaterally and multilaterally. The Iranian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Dr Bahrami also accompanied the delegation.
