On Thursday night, February 11, 2016, the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) celebrated the Chines New Year and appointment of new Afghan Ambassador to People’s Republic of China, H.E Mr. Janan Mosazai. The event was attended by Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta, Former National Security Advisor, Chines Ambassador H.E. Mr. Yao Jing, new Indian Ambassador H.E. Mr Manpreet Vohra to Afghanistan and Afghan officials.
