The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) organized a joint Conference on “Future Development of Afghanistan-China Relations” with Chinese Embassy in Kabul and China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) on 10 November 2014 in Kabul – Afghanistan. The conference was attended by more than 100 participants comprising of Afghan government officials, Chinese scholars and officials , Afghan legislators, academic experts, distinguished journalists, business delegates, media and civil society representatives.

Regional cooperation, cultural exchange, security and economic development were the main themes of the conference.
